Starting a business isn’t easy.
To help make the process smoother, Navneet Dhiman and Sachin Minhas launched Mylex Infotech in 2017, which specializes in a range of IT and legal services to help founders in the incorporation of a company. Mylex Infotech services include business registration, licensing, web development, branding, digital marketing, and certification from various bodies.
They do this by bringing together experts like company secretaries, IT professionals, chartered and cost accountants, and lawyers onto one platform. They also produce proprietary inventory management software, school management software, and online examination software.
With a registered office in Palampur and offices in Noida/Delhi and Chandigarh, Mylex Infotech has 12 total employees across all locations.
“One of the main challenges we faced was communicating effectively with our long-time customers, some of who were not active on email,” says Navneet. “But everyone is active on WhatsApp. It’s free and we can share business documents. Another big positive is that even those who are not very tech-savvy can use it. This application has made it possible for more people to get connected.”

Mylex Infotech uses WhatsApp to regularly connect with over 300 customers, both in India as well as countries like the U.S., Canada, Australia, Singapore, South America and Nigeria, where they provide website and app development services.
“We use the WhatsApp Business app to keep people informed about services. Since we began using WhatsApp Business, our company’s sales figures have increased by 20 percent,” says Navneet.
The WhatsApp Business app has made doing business for Mylex Infotech easier. And now Navneet and Sachin can focus on making starting a business easier for others.
