Founded in 2010 and officially registered in 2011, Think Young Women (TYW) is a young feminist non-profit organisation committed to the development and realisation of the rights of young women and girls in The Gambia. TYW believes that empowering young women is essential for creating a more equitable society. Our Mission is to inspire and support women in achieving their individual aspirations while fostering their collective interest. In light of this, our vision is to create a transformative movement of young feminist leaders in the Gambia. Through these efforts, we aim to create a generation of confident and capable young women who can lead and inspire change within their communities.
