*Fieldnotes* is a newsletter published by the _Zomi Student’s Federation (ZSF), Media & IT Cell_, with an aim to provide ‘Regular Reports from Ground Zero’. It was started primarily to address the lack of informed and research-based perspectives from the ground in the reportage on the ongoing ethnic violence in Manipur.
The channel is introduced with the aim of engaging a larger public audience in a more organized manner. It will also be used to provide educative content (text-based, video-based, and images or quotes-based) which will help shed informed light on the various issues and perspectives surrounding the ongoing ethnic violence in Manipur.
