While at university studying to be an engineer Iván Casarrubias Becerril loved arranging flowers and gifting them to his friends. In 2013, encouraged by their enthusiasm for his artistic creations, he turned his hobby into Florería Rosalío, a business which creates customized flower arrangements for individual clients, events, and hotels in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Passionate about good, personalized service, in 2018 Iván started using the WhatsApp Business app to communicate with all of his customers. He says the business profile and quick replies features help highlight that customers are Florería Rosalío's top priority.
