VisualEz

The story of VisualEz dates back to when Aman Khandelwal was handling the retail vertical of his family business. He kept hearing about the decline of the home décor business from other retailers on a daily basis, and how it was becoming difficult to convert customers.

He was determined to solve this problem but was preparing for his MBA entrance exam at the time. While attending Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) Pune’s MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship course, he met Shubham Maheshwari. They realized that the leading cause of low customer retention in retail stores was a lack of visualization.

“Retailers of home décor industries sell amazing products, but it’s hard for consumers to visualize how it may all come together in a real space,” says Aman.

Using VR technology, VisualEz’s Tile and Marble Visualiser helps stores enable customers to understand the appeal of different products in a real environment. Based in Delhi, they have more than 100 users currently across India, including three corporate tie-ups.

VisualEz started using the WhatsApp Business app in 2019 to communicate with their clients.

The app has helped them convert clients faster and enabled them to get additional references

“We find it super easy to remain connected with our clients using WhatsApp Business. It becomes easier to follow-up with prospects as well,” says Shubham.

The app has helped them convert clients faster and enabled them to get additional references. The feature they find the most useful is the verification badge on their profile, which helps create a sense of trust among clients. Trust that will help VisualEz grow.

“We are confident that WhatsApp Business will help us generate significant income in the next 4-5 months,” says Shubham.
