Their Story

Today’s students face a unique problem – the problem of plenty. There is enough content available to help students study, but what works for one may not be the best solution for another, and it is not always engaging.

These are the challenges that Jaipur-based Bodhi AI is attempting to solve. Their AI-based score improvement platform, which started in 2017, understands a student's learning pattern and accordingly designs a curriculum for that particular student.

Says Bodhi AI co-founder Piyush Agarwal, “We focus on personalized attention by suggesting content that is unique to every student. Our platform divides a student's preparation module into smaller personal achievable goals, making it easier and fun."

Since their target audience is active on WhatsApp, reaching out and communicating with them is very simple. WhatsApp groups have helped them manage specific sets of students in specific courses.

“It has become easier to share information and get instant updates. Also, using the Status option to share stories has been very effective,” says Piyush.

It has been an exciting journey for the 22-member-strong team of Bodhi AI, and Piyush says they are looking forward to helping students continue to learn in a more engaging way.

In referencing their use of the WhatsApp Business app, he adds, “Our burden to furnish details like address, directions, website URL, email, and office timings has reduced. Also, there is no need for authentication because everything is transparent. Our company has generated potential leads through the WhatsApp Business app. Other features like short link and other messaging tools are beneficial too.”
