That's why in 2009, Mukesh Gupta, Nipun Gupta, Nitin Gupta, and Satish Malhotra came together to start Springfit, a leading manufacturer of premium mattresses and sleep accessories.

According to the co-founder, a lot of detail goes into each product — from research and development to material selection and quality management, which they accomplish with their team of over 600. Their products are shipped across India and can be found at over 1,000 retail stores, exclusive stores, My Sleep stores, and studio stores across the country.

The company uses the WhatsApp Business app to connect with their dealers, salespeople, and customers. They find the ability to broadcast, create groups and the ease of using the app most useful. The app has been embedded on their website which helps them respond to customers promptly.

With the support the WhatsApp Business app is providing to Springfit, the founders can focus on their primary objective: making sleep as comfortable as possible.
