The WhatsApp Customer Operations Team’s focus is to support and educate the people and businesses who use our products through direct interactions and scalable solutions. The WhatsApp Product Operations Team is looking for a highly self-driven, analytical individual who is passionate about working on complex business problems, has strong programmatic experience, can lead without authority and be able to work independently in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
Design and implement efficient and scalable dogfooding processes for multiple products and diverse feature types across WhatsApp and the Meta family of apps
Partner closely with members of Engineering, Product, Research, Operations and define KPIs/success metrics for dogfooding
Stay up-to-date on all new features, and be fully aware of the product roadmap and product sprint cycles
Shape the vision and drive the execution of dogfooding initiatives across various functionalities and features
Analyze data sets, build dashboards and help the team make strategic data-driven decisions
Operate independently and deliver results by embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
Prepare communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audiences including preparing and delivering presentations to leadership stakeholders
Analyze current pain points in workflows and tools, think outside the box and implement solutions to help us operate at scale and drive strategic value
BA/BS or equivalent 4-year university degree
5+ years of work experience in program management, management consulting and business or strategic operations
4+ years of experience working with Engineering and Product Teams on product releases
Interest and experience for creating and delivering best-in-class, scalable programs and activations
Track record of successfully partnering with cross-functional teams, driving alignment, effective escalations and achieving results
Experience setting priorities, multitasking and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
Demonstrated record of problem-solving, proven analytical thinking, executive presence and communication skills
Bachelor's degree and/or Master's Degree or equivalent degree
Experience working in a fast paced technology company
Program or Management Certification such as PMP or ITIL or Lean Six Sigma or similar is preferred
