WhatsApp is looking for an experienced Policy Communications Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about the future of technology, including digital payments and the ability for people all over the world to privately communicate with one another. We are looking for someone who has deep experience representing complex technical issues, like encryption, but doing so in a way that is accessible and understandable to a variety of audiences. In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience handling crises and brings established relationships with media and opinion leaders in the U.S. and in key countries for WhatsApp. This is a hands-on role with significant day-to-day responsibilities working with leaders across WhatsApp.
This is a full-time position located at our headquarters in Menlo Park, California.
