We’re looking for an outstanding, global leader to lead the demand generation team for our enterprise platform. Reporting into the head of integrated marketing, you will be responsible for building a fast-moving, enterprise demand generation organization that drives pipeline and growth across all audiences and geographies. At its core, this role will tap into your B2B campaign marketing expertise and leverage your demand generation and Go-To-Market (GTM) experience, leadership and management skills, analytical abilities, and ability to execute best-in-class programs and campaigns.
Develop holistic growth strategy that scales user acquisition and lifecycle marketing, specifically an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy around key use-cases, regions, and segments.
Build and manage a diverse global portfolio of inbound and outbound marketing programs to fuel demand creation and prospect engagement, deploying ABM strategies and building a field marketing strategy to engage with our prospects virtually and in real life.
Identify target audiences, users personas and intents, which enables you to determine where customers are in the buyer’s journey, and the right experiences to advance them.
Establish a strategic, cross-channel playbook for demand generation marketing that spans marketing and sales funnels, and combines input from counterparts in integrated marketing, product marketing, and channel sales.
Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of growth marketing initiatives on pipeline and revenue. Develop a cadence for communicating up and across to channel sales and leadership.
Oversee demand generation team, including hiring and managing personnel, vendors, and budgets.
Lead, mentor and inspire a high caliber team of marketing professionals to achieve key business goals and career development goals.
In partnership with analytics, analyze demand generation ROI and program effectiveness to optimize future programs based on those learnings.
Create a culture of experimentation and testing. Come with a strong point-of-view on how to build successful tests and a “growth playbook” for WhatsApp that will become a core part of our scalable Go-To-Market (GTM) engine.
Build great partnerships with product marketing, channel sales & customer success.
10+ years of B2B demand generation or performance marketing experience, with a proven track record of managing teams, marketing budgets and campaigns effectively.
Leadership and management experience and qualities - including experience recruiting, developing and retaining top talent.
Proven communication, presentation and leadership skills and knowing how to communicate insights and ideas to both Executives and operational teams.
Highly curious with business judgment & decision-making skills.
Project management skills with experience to multi-task, set measurable objectives, hit deadlines and be highly accountable for results.
Extensive demand generation experience in B2B tech, with expertise in leveraging digital channels to drive lead generation and brand amplification.
Advanced experience and knowledge with digital marketing tools.
