We are looking for an experienced product marketing leader to serve as the Core Consumer Product Marketing Lead overseeing product marketing for WhatsApp’s core consumer experience. This person will lead a team to develop breakthrough marketing initiatives that drive consumer awareness, engagement, and retention aligned to the product. The ideal candidate is a leader who can drive both strategy and execution and cares deeply about WhatsApp’s mission to connect the world privately. They are analytical and creative, highly collaborative, and will have a successful track record of launching & scaling mass-market consumer products or services that people cannot live without for a range of well-known consumer brands. They will have a track record for influencing the product roadmap, successfully representing the consumer across the product lifecycle, and leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization. Importantly, the successful candidate will have a track-record for leading high-performing teams and developing people alongside products.
