Our fast-growing group of Research Program Managers at the WhatsApp Research team build and scale global research programs to strengthen the impact of our world-class Research team. We do this by implementing operational systems, connecting teams and knowledge, and problem solving operational hurdles to enable Researchers to do their most impactful work. In this position you will use a full range of organizational and interpersonal skills that help our talented teams operate at their highest and most effective level. We are looking for a Research Program Manager to improve our internal research programs (e.g. vendor management) and resources. The main responsibilities for this role are to own and evolve the logistics and monitoring of our international research process and develop a better vendor management system.
This position is full-time and has a 16-week duration beginning in April, 2020. All candidates should be able to commit to a consecutive 16-week timeframe for successful completion of the program. At the end of the term, those who have demonstrated their abilities to succeed and make an impact at Facebook will be considered for a full-time and permanent position.
