Meta is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our sales team and focus on mid-market sized customers in Indonesia. We seek an exceptional talent who is passionate about Meta and the role that Meta plays in how people and businesses communicate. You will be responsible for driving sales opportunities with prospective customers in named and unnamed mid-market accounts. You will also work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives and act as their trusted guide for adopting Business Messaging. This role calls for an experienced sales professional with a track record in B2B/SaaS sales. Experience in managing mid-market sized deals in Indonesia is highly preferred, as well as solution selling experience across all stages of the sales cycle. This role requires the ability to influence senior decision makers such as CMOs, Head of Customer Experience and Support, and Head of Sales and Digital Channels.
Drive adoption and achieve revenue targets for Business Messaging in Indonesia
Own full sales cycle from lead to close, including navigating IT and Legal
Educate senior decision makers on the value of Business Messaging throughout their adoption cycle
Collaborate with other members of the sales team (solution architects, partner sales, channel partners, Meta Ads team) to execute go-to-market plans
Build territory plans and GTM strategies focused on key industry verticals
Execute accurate forecasting and revenue delivery
Drive outbound outreach to mid-market accounts in collaboration with Field Marketing and Channel
5+ years of experience working in a highly skilled environment with a minimum of 3 years in SaaS or B2B software sales
Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and exceeding sales targets
Experience managing a pipeline and closing MM sized contracts ($10k-$100k) and influencing CxO, IT, Legal stakeholders as needed.
Experience selling through and co-selling with channel partners
Experience working in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
Self-starter who can achieve goals in an entrepreneurial setting while adept at forecasting against business goals.
Ability to adapt to shifting product priorities and translate these into GTM plans
Strong track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, ability to simplify complex concepts into language easily understood by business audiences
BA/BS degree required
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, as the person will be working with our customers in Indonesia, along with high proficiency in English
Past experience in rapidly growing internet companies
BA/BS degree required, MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
