As the Global Channel Programs Manager, you are responsible for building the key programs and projects that empower our global team and drive partners and clients enthusiasm and strategy for WhatsApp business messaging. This role is a key member of the WhatsApp channel partnerships/sales organization and will work closely PMM, marketing, and cross functional peers. One of the key responsibilities of the Global Channel Program Manager is the overall development, launch, execution and maintenance of WhatsApp Channel Partner Program. You will work cross functionally with key stakeholders and owners of associated programs and initiatives that make up the Channel Partner Program: Partner Tiering, Commercial Incentives, Deal Desk, our Pitch & Pass Lead Distribution Program, and Partner Operations. You will also coordinate with internal business partners to monitor global partner programs and ensure each is effectively delivering against the company’s and the region’s goals and targets. You will have strong input in the execution of the program strategy and vision across all channel partner program platforms as well as ensure all program KPI’s are measured and reported to both internal stakeholders and external partners participating in the program.
