This a senior leadership role that represents WhatsApp to our rapidly evolving Channel ecosystem, communicates our strategy, sells our vision and brings partners along in helping our customers digital transform leveraging WhatsApp as a platform. You will play a key role in defining and driving impactful step changes with Channel Partners, solving complex product problems and building programs and infrastructure that power WhatsApp's products and drive growth across the platform. The Lead - Channel Managers will manage a team of Channel Managers to develop and drive the channel engagement, solution development and business growth strategy across clients in different verticals. The role will help build the right channel ecosystem, help partners builds solutions on WhatsApp across different industries, build partner capabilities and growth at scale. This senior leader is accountable for driving revenue, customer acquisition & daily volumes across the solutions available on WhatsApp. This is a full time position based in Gurugram/ Mumbai.

Guides and challenges team on selling WhatsApp business vision to partner decision makers. Helps build aspirational and practical plans with each of the Partners to scale WhatsApp business. Gains mindshare of partner leadership to prioritise WhatsApp business and align their resources accordingly.
Articulates value propositions, helps partners build solutions and discover new opportunities across large enterprise customers and industry verticals. Take feedback from partners to internal stakeholders across Engineering, Business, Operations etc. to solve problems & build new products.
Helps set up processes including tools to help manage business, drive pipeline and provide operational support to partners. Land marketing programs, trainings & incentives with partners to build capabilities in partner sales teams and motivate the ecosystem to scale the business.
Collaborates with the technical lead to get feedback and manage the orchestration. Coaches team to leverage technical teams and build knowledge of technical aspects of building and testing solutions and services. Oversees the evaluation of partner products and services.
Coaches, challenges, and leads team members to develop effective go-to-market and sales strategies across channel partners and top clients. Leverages internal resources and outlines key activities and expectations to drive sales goals.
14+ years of experience in the Enterprise / Channel sales environment
Leadership and people management experience
Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations and driving long-term engagement
Experience developing relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Facebook
Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
Experience in alliance management, enterprise sales, channels, and marketing is required. Effective people management, business management, and communication skills are critical
Ability to work in an abstract, cross-organisational and cross-discipline manner
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills
