  • Voice calling lets you call your contacts using WhatsApp for free, even if they’re in another country. Voice calling uses your phone’s internet connection rather than your mobile plan minutes. Data charges may apply. To start a call, open the group chat you’d like to make a call to and click the phone icon to start your call. You can also choose contacts outside of your existing group chats from the Calls Tab.
