Uganda Christian University (UCU) is a private, Christian university located in Mukono, Uganda. Founded in 1997, by the Province of the Church of Uganda, it is one of the top-ranked universities in Uganda.
UCU was the first private university in Uganda to be chartered by the Government of Uganda (2004).
The university offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs across various disciplines, including business, computer science, education, law, social sciences, medicine, engineering, dentistry, nursing and midwifery; journalism and communication; and theology.
